Shipping Policy

Below you will find the average delivery times for all our orders.

Processing time. Once your order is placed, we require 1 to 3 business days to process it. Orders placed during the week are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday afternoons or during the weekend may take slightly longer.

Shipping time. After processing, your package is shipped. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.

Delivery estimates run from the date of dispatch, not from the date you order. Add the processing time above for the total time from order to doorstep.

At checkout you can choose from several secure payment methods. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

Once you have selected your payment method, click Complete Order and follow the instructions to finish your purchase. If you run into any problems, please contact us.

All orders ship free of charge. We do not charge shipping fees and there is no minimum order value. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay — there are no import charges on delivery.

There is nothing to pay on delivery. Our orders ship on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, which means all import duties and customs charges are already covered and included in the price you see at checkout.

You will not be asked for any additional payment when your parcel arrives.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Please allow up to 3 business days after dispatch for tracking to update. International shipments sometimes show no movement for several days while in transit or during customs clearance.

Due to high order volumes or exceptional global circumstances, delivery delays can occasionally occur. We ask for your patience and will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated above, we will contact you and offer the choice of a revised delivery date or cancellation with a full refund.

If you need your order urgently, email us and our customer service team will help you find the best solution.

Not arrived. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Marked as delivered but not received. Check with your household and neighbours and look for a carrier notice. If it still cannot be found after 3 business days, contact us and we will investigate.

Incorrect address. Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — if your order has not yet shipped we will correct it. Once shipped, the destination cannot be changed.
